Search & Filter
  • Use the search box to find cases by account name, case number, or description
  • Filter by Business Unit using the BU dropdown
  • Filter by Severity (P0-P3) to focus on critical cases
  • Filter by RAG Status (Red/Amber/Green) to see cases by urgency
Understanding RAG Status
Red - Critical attention needed
Amber - Monitor closely
Green - On track
Severity Levels
P0 - Business critical
P1 - High priority
P2 - Medium priority
P3 - Low priority
Actions
  • Click View to see complete case details in a popup
  • Click Update to modify case information
  • Click column headers to sort the table
Pro Tip
Cases are color-coded by age - older cases appear in warmer colors. Focus on red-status P0/P1 cases first for maximum business impact.
